Opening Hours
Computer Training Room and Board Room hire is available from 8.30am to 6.00pm.
Early access for set-up is available from 8am (please discuss your requirements when booking). If more time is required for set-up, arrangements must be made separately and will be charged at an hourly rate. The rooms must be vacated at the time agreed between the parties at the time of booking.
Payment conditions
Upon reservation, a deposit of 50% is payable. The booking needs to be confirmed in writing (by fax, mail or email) at least 10 business days prior to the reserved date when the deposit will become un-refundable. Full settlement of all hire fees (including catering fees) must take place prior to the reserved date. Any extras will be invoiced afterwards.
